About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at TD SYNNEX as a Business Development Executive II, where your expertise will drive growth and innovation. This role is ideal for an experienced, results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will spend over 50% of your time in the field, engaging directly with customers and vendors to foster strong relationships and create impactful solutions.

What You'll Do:

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME): Become the go-to expert for your assigned vendor's brand, technology solutions, and program offerings, ensuring our customers receive unparalleled support and insights.

  • Manage Complex Accounts: Work with a diverse portfolio of large and prominent accounts, navigating various complexities and variables to maximize financial impact and benefit.

  • Deliver Engaging Presentations: Create compelling reports and presentations, and deliver impactful group and management presentations at customer sites to showcase our offerings.

  • Drive Vendor Initiatives: Execute vendor initiatives while proactively developing innovative strategies to uncover new business opportunities, integrating the vendor's full product line and adjacent technologies.

  • Communicate High-Growth Value Propositions: Effectively articulate TD SYNNEX's value propositions, including Cloud, Data, and IoT, to engage customers and drive demand.

  • Facilitate Growth Opportunities: Identify and create demand for products through seminars, training, and resource awareness, ensuring our customers are well-informed and equipped for success.

  • Analyze and Report Results: Conduct thorough analysis and reporting on program impacts for identified customers, communicating successes, challenges, and future growth strategies to the Account Manager.

  • Stay Informed: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, competitors, technology, and market trends to ensure you provide the best solutions for our customers.

What We're Looking For:

  • Location: Ideally based in the Chicago area, but we welcome candidates from other regions as well.

  • Experience: 6-8 years of sales experience, demonstrating a proven track record in business development.

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of solutions and assigned products, with the ability to deliver strategic vendor solutions and identify new partnerships.

  • Relationships: Established relationships with key vendor contacts that can be leveraged for mutual success.

  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills, along with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

  • Independence: Ability to work independently, multitask effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Technology Proficiency: Comfortable with technology and basic office tasks, with a willingness to travel and occasionally work non-standard hours.

  • Remote Work: Capability to work remotely or from home as needed.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive annual salary range of 100,200.00 to 166,900.00, based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skills. The final compensation will be mutually agreed upon at the time of the offer.
