The Departmental Trainer will support Operations training needs by developing, coordinating, and the presentation of departmental training material and programs. The Trainer will also assess departmental training needs, provide feedback, and conduct refresher training sessions as needed.
Bachelor's degree in business or transportation/equivalent. Four (4) years of brokerage, logistics, or transportation industry required. Proficient with Microsoft systems required, specifically: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Proficiency in FXL daily operating systems required. In-depth experience in training and ability to create departmental training material. Detail oriented, strong organizational skills, excellent time management skills, oral and written communication skills, interpersonal communication skills, critical thinking skills required. CCS Certification preferred. Broker's License preferred.
