Learn more at www.hbfuller.com. The Shift Manager is responsible for managing all production-related activities during their assigned shift at the H.B. Fuller Covington facility. This role ensures the team meets safety, quality, production, and employee engagement goals. The Shift Manager provides direct supervision to production employees and plays a key role in floor-level leadership and operational success. Primary Responsibilities * Maintain all H.B. Fuller quality and safety programs Minimum Requirements * High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Requirements * Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, biology, or business #LI-MM1 Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. The salary for this role is $85,000 - $95,000.In addition to your salary, H.B.
