Description
The Marketing Manager (Operations) will be a key player in the marketing department, responsible for the efficiency, accountability, and performance of our marketing programs. This role is at the intersection of marketing strategy, technology, and execution. You will oversee the marketing technology stack, manage campaign workflows and support campaign execution, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and streamline reporting and analytics to align marketing efforts with business goals and drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities
- Serve as the administrator of our Marketo instance, managing its configuration, health, and integration with other systems, particularly Salesforce.
- Construct, optimize, and maintain the marketing technology stack (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools).
- Evaluate and implement new tools and platforms to improve lead generation, tracking, and conversion.
- Ensure seamless data integration and accurate attribution across all marketing platforms.
- Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Develop and implement efficient workflows and processes for campaign execution, from planning to launch.
- Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and customer experience teams to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly and on schedule.
- Maintain project calendars, timelines, and documentation to ensure cross-functional teams remain on track.
- Monitor the full lead lifecycle, from source to closed-won business, to ensure accurate reporting and lead nurturing.
- Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to inform future marketing strategy and improve campaign performance.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and regular reports to track key performance metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in marketing operations.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Lead special projects and initiatives to support the marketing department's strategic goals.
Qualifications The ideal candidate is highly organized, with exceptional skills in prioritization, planning, and execution. They must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring each project is completed on time and to a high standard. A strong ability to meet deadlines and maintain focus through to completion is essential.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing
- 3-5 years of experience in a marketing operations role, preferably in a B2B or live events industry.
- Adobe Certified Expert - Adobe Marketo Engage Business Practitioner preferred Creativity and problem-solving aptitude
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and data visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI).
