As our Deputy Manufacturing Operations Manager, you'll help lead the daily operations that bring these ideas to life. You'll collaborate with talented teams, optimize fabrication processes, and make sure our manufacturing operations run safely, efficiently, and with purpose. Purpose of the role You will be responsible for supporting the Manufacturing Operations Manager in leading and optimizing fabrication activities that drive our sustainability-focused projects. Acting as second-in-command, you'll ensure smooth execution of production plans, consistent application of Worley's procedures, and unwavering commitment to safety and quality. This role bridges leadership, production, and project management - keeping operations aligned, people supported, and results delivered. Core Responsibilities Operational Leadership and Support
