JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS The College of Agricultural Sciences Marketing Unit is seeking a skilled part-time graphic designer. The position will report to the art director and is responsible for assisting with design and production of college and extension print and digital materials. Qualified candidates will have a thorough understanding of design and typography best practices, digital and print production processes, social media trends, and must be highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft 365, and Figma on macOS. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills along with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently while consistently meeting deadlines. Familiarity with building accessibility into and/or remediating digital documents is a plus. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and at least two years of experience in print and digital design and production, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A cover letter, resume, and link to an online portfolio is required with all applications. This is a non-exempt hourly position offering a maximum of 24 hours weekly and is eligible for fully remote work from select locations.
