The SVP of Sales will report directly to the President of Red Seat Ventures and will collaborate closely with Marketing, Member Experience, and Operations to drive growth. This role will be responsible for building the full sales infrastructure, closing key accounts, and setting a strong sales culture in our initial launch cities and beyond.

  • Establish KPIs, oversee reporting, and align marketing/sales efforts to optimize CAC and revenue per rep

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 15+ years of sales experience. Background in luxury, hospitality, or membership-based products strongly preferred.
