Service Request Expeditor

Position Summary:

Process and coordinate customer service requests to provide a satisfactory product for the end customer.

Major Accountabilities/Crtical Responsibilities:

1. Commuincate with Customer Service on SSR's via email and phone.
2. Read all SSR papers to compare SSR parts received to ensure we are shipping the correct parts.
3. Work with other departments to gather materials needed to fill all SSR's as needed.
4. Package all SSRparts received from other departments in accordance with Ethan Allen's standard to ensure they are not damaged during the shipping process.
5. Take packaged SSR's to either shipping or UPS to ship out.
6. Any other job duties as described by your supervisor.
