Recruiting Sourcer- Temporary

Starkey is looking for a tenacious, self-starting Temporary Sourcer, for approximately 6 months to support our fast-growing, innovative affiliate Audibel. Audibel is the Retail Clinic arm of Starkey. This person will identify and recruit highly sought-after Audiologists and related clinic positions. This position will support the US Clinics. Ideal candidate will have background in clinic or physician recruiting. If you love the hunt for niche technical talent, we'd love to have you join the team!

What you will do:

• Provide creative sourcing for hard to fill Provider and related roles.
• Present qualified candidates to Internal Recruiters.
• Have a demonstrated ability to multi-task and perform with a high sense of urgency
• Generate a diverse pool of candidates for Audibel positions (all levels) through strategic and innovative sourcing strategies
• Develop and maintain partnerships with applicable universities to build strategy and around new grads
• Ensure recruiting and hiring practices comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Provide metrics and results on weekly activity
• Provide excellent candidate experience
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Education

4-year degree or equivalent required

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience sourcing for talent acquisition -preferably in physician recruiting or sales.
• Demonstrated resourcefulness when dealing with complex problems
• Proven ability to provide excellent candidate experience

The hourly rate for this position is between $52 - $65 / hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is not benefits eligible.
