A Warehouse Supervisor leads a team; encompassing training, certification, development, influencing, and motivating to achieve desired results at key functional areas. Ensure all guidelines and principles are communicated and carried out in accordance with Phillips Medisize expectations.

Our Team

Phillips Medisize, LLC, a Molex company, is a leading global outsource provider of design and manufacturing services. This role will be based out of our Phillips, WI location with a focus on specialty commercial markets.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and support warehouse operations and teams across all shifts to ensure seamless 24/7 production coverage, driving operational excellence in inbound and outbound processes with a focus on safety, productivity, accuracy, quality, continuous improvement, and on-time performance.
  • Develop operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements; develop, implement, enforce, and evaluate policies and procedures
  • Analyzes existing processes identifying continuous improvement opportunities and new methods to control cost.
  • Responsible for work procedures training, certification, adherence, preparation for direct and indirect reports, manage schedules and workflows.
  • Document and track employee performance in the areas of safety, attendance, productivity, and quality. Write, communicate, and provide performance feedback.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for other company business units when there are customer issues.
  • Ensures that projects/departments milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
  • Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations.
  • Lead and support warehouse operations across all shifts to ensure seamless, continuous 24/7 production coverage and operational excellence.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Experience in a supervisory or leadership role

What Will Put You Ahead

  • 3+ years of experience in a warehouse, industrial, or manufacturing environment
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Experience with Customs Operations and International Shipping
  • Experience using SAP WM Systems
  • Knowledge and experience with 6S
  • Familiar with order fulfillment processes
  • Knowledge of RF scanning terminals
