Job Purpose
We are seeking a results-driven National Training Manager to lead product, service, and sales training across the North American Aftermarket. This role supports field and customer training, manages content and delivery methods, and drives innovation through technologies like VR, AR, and 3D printing. Reporting to the Senior Manager, National Accounts and Global Training, the National Training Manager plays a key role in enhancing product knowledge, sales effectiveness, and customer engagement through strategic training programs and cross-functional collaboration. Job Duties and Responsibilities
* Responsible for product, service, and sales training for the North American Aftermarket Education and Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience preferred in Engineering, Quality, Training, or a combination of the three Skills and Competencies
