Your Opportunity as the Senior Manager, Supply Chain Finance Leverage your leadership skills to support the success of our Supply Chain Accounting and Finance team. Drive direction in our cost reporting, future cost structures and variance analysis. Support the growth and development of two Managers and one Lead Analyst.
Location: Orrville, OH Work Arrangements: hybrid, 30-50% in office presence Supply Chain Finance team is responsible for:
Ensuring adherence to SOX requirements for Distribution, Contract Manufacturing & Freight accounting. Collaborating with US Corporate Costing department to ensure all Co-pack, and Freight standard costs are accurate in Oracle. Overseeing accounting activities, including inventory controls, warehouse cycle counting, and etc. Booking manual journal entries and closing monthly books, Contract Manufacturing, Distribution and Freight.
In this role you will:
Supervise the Supply Chain Accounting Managers and Lead Analyst in the performance of department duties. Work directly with Strategic Business Area (SBA) Leadership Team to plan, forecast, and explain variances (vs. plan, vs. forecast, vs. prior year) of Cost of Products Sold and related cost variance lines. Consolidate and report monthly Supply Chain results - including cost variances, overhead absorption, freight and warehousing results Provide value-added information by communicating timely and accurate impact on cost changes to business partners (SBA Finance & Supply Chain Leadership). Work directly with the supply chain leadership to stay informed of monthly results as well as projections for the balance of the year. Focus on the development of consistent reporting methods. Participate in the annual planning process and monthly reforecasts. Provide COPS analysis for all planning scenarios (LRP, vCost, v1, and Final Plan). Master Oracle, Hyperion Financial Manager, Smartview (ICP), Spotfire and Microsoft Excel. Enable technology to enhance the quality of information available to internal / external customers and suppliers.

Bachelor's Degree in Finance and/or Accounting 6+ years experience in accounting/finance Experience presenting and translating financial data to varying levels of leadership Experience managing and coaching others in a collaborative environment Strong analytical skills and business acumen Knowledge of current computer technologies (i.e. Oracle/Spotfire/Excel/Microsoft Office)
Additional skills and experience that we think would make someone successful in this role:
MBA or Certification (CPA, CMA, etc.) Experience supporting the financials of a supply chain function Experience in various special projects including acquisitions, divestitures, and/or key system changes
