Preferred Qualifications * PMP certification or formal project management training. * Experience in R&D or Product Development environments. * Familiarity with Agile methodologies, rapid prototyping, or iterative R&D processes. * Strong technical aptitude in mechanical or electromechanical systems. * Working knowledge of Smartsheet, Jira, or similar PM software.
