Manufacturing Materials Coordinator

Waters Corporation is hiring a Material Coordinator to help keep our manufacturing operations running smoothly. This is a dynamic role where you'll manage the movement of raw materials, components, and finished goods-making sure everything is where it needs to be, when it needs to be there. You'll work alongside a supportive team that values accuracy, collaboration, and a proactive mindset.

Ensure accurate material flow across departments, including unloading, retrieval, delivery, and transactions.

• Release, prioritize, and expedite factory orders; resolve routing and location issues with Engineering.

• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, order management, and FTZ oversight.

• Coordinate outside vendor processing, including purchase orders and material logistics.

• Manage contract manufacturing orders and inter-facility shipments.

• Execute SAP transactions independently; troubleshoot material issues proactively.

• Oversee NPI stockroom, life cycle inventory, and non-conforming material handling.

• High school diploma required.

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse or production environments.

• Experience with SAP or similar MRP systems.

• Familiarity with GMP standards and practices.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Strong multitasking, communication, and customer service skills.

• Team-oriented, independent thinker with ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
