Overview Nakupuna Solutions is seeking a Travel Arranger to support a Department of State client. The Travel Arranger provides comprehensive support for all aspects of domestic and international travel within the bureau. They coordinate closely with leadership, travelers, and administrative staff to ensure compliance with travel policies, facilitate accurate documentation, manage travel systems, and support related financial and logistical needs. Their work helps maintain efficiency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance of travel operations across the organization. The place of performance for this work is Washington, DC, and some travel may be required. Coordinate all travel arrangements for the bureau, with priority given to front office leadership, and assist with travel planning to ensure timely and accurate travel authorizations.
Qualifications Skills/Qualifications: The Travel Arranger brings strong organizational and customer service skills to support travel planning, event coordination, and administrative functions in a fast-paced setting. With the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, the individual contributes to smooth operations across the bureau. Experience with Microsoft Office and familiarity with travel systems and the Federal Travel Regulation further support the role's responsibilities. Education and Experience:

The Nakupuna Companies use a market-based compensation strategy to ensure that our employees are compensated within applicable market ranges commensurate with multiple factors, including but not limited to the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, and position location. The projected compensation range for this position is $80,000.00 to $95,000.00 (annualized USD). The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Nakupuna Companies total compensation package for employees. |
