Job Description

We are currently hiring a Supply Chain Finance Co-op in Breinigsville, PA

As a Finance Co-Op at our manufacturing site, you'll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, working alongside experts who will challenge and support you.

What You'll Brew

As a Finance Co-Op, you will:



  • Support monthly financial close, reporting, and variance analysis.
  • Assist with standard costing, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
  • Build and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to help drive decision-making.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations and Supply Chain teams to support projects that improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Contribute to a meaningful project that adds measurable value to the business.

  • You ask great questions, show curiosity, and identify ways to improve the work we do.
  • You collaborate well with others and build strong working relationships across Finance and Operations.

What Ingredients You'll Bring



  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and comfort with data analysis; exposure to Power BI or other visualization tools a plus.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to work both independently and on a team.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.

In accordance with pay transparency laws the rate for this role if hired is $18 - $20 an hour.
