As a full-time employee in the FIS University Program, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, community service activities, professional development seminars and work with a team that is invested in your growth, development, and success; including bi-annual performance connects with your manager.

This two-year full-time program has start dates in January, March, June, and September with a dedicated "Learning Week" where you will:

  • Build a network of your peers from across the organization

About the Role

As aTechnology Business Consultant, you'll contribute to a critical component of our success. While workingclosely with clients and internal teams to deliverinnovative, newsolutions that meet their needsand help advance the way the world pays, banks, and invests.

About The Team

Our team works collaboratively to design, develop, and implement strategic lead-generating campaigns as well as develop brand awareness in the fraud detection and prevention space. The team comprises a collaborative culture and thrives as partners. Team members work on multiple projects as project leaders or frequently as subject matter experts, from defining business requirements to implementation, including providing direction to development teams and testing developed products to ensure that business/customer needs are met. Team members also leverage analytical skills to evaluate trends across the company and/or clients.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Performs analyses of the business goals, objectives, and needs of the general business environment for appropriate FIS segment, division, group or line of business.

  • Performs research and analysis to support business operations and presents findings to the manager or project leader

  • Plans business processes and makes recommendations and changes to improve and support business systems and activities and/or to deliver greater effectiveness and efficiency.

  • Plan, perform, and implement process improvement initiatives.

  • Responsible for complex business and systems process analysis, design, and simulation.

  • Diagram and evaluate existing processes.

  • User Acceptance Testing for new development on our SecurLOCK applications/products, working directly with our IT and Operations team.

  • Develop metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Fluent in English; Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work well independently and within a team

Bonus If You Have

  • Advancedknowledgeofmultipleend-to-endsystemsas well asapplicationdevelopment.

  • Proficiencyinbusinessmodelingandrequirementsdefinition disciplines through Unified Modeling Language(UML).

  • An understanding of programminglanguages such as Python, Hyperion, XML, and SQL

  • Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese
