HR Shared Services Specialist

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM (40 hours/week)


About the Role

We're expanding our team and looking for a detail-oriented HR Shared Services Specialist to support our growing organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering accurate, timely results that impact the employee experience.


Key Responsibilities


  • Monitor and manage incoming requests in the ServiceNow ticketing queue throughout the day, ensuring prompt response and resolution.



  • Oversee the system-side onboarding process-including data entry, validation, troubleshooting, and ensuring timely completion of hiring activities.



  • Analyze onboarding and ticket data to identify trends, track performance metrics, and elevate critical issues.



  • Partner with HR and business teams to maintain accuracy and efficiency in all new hire data processing.



  • Contribute to process improvements and enhance overall HR operational effectiveness.




What You'll Bring


  • 5+ years of experience in HR Shared Services, People Operations, or HRIS administration.



  • Bachelor's degree required.



  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage time-sensitive tasks with accuracy and consistency.



  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.



  • Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and ability to summarize and present findings in PowerPoint.




Preferred Tools & Systems


  • ServiceNow experience highly preferred (open to similar ticketing platforms).



  • Exposure to SuccessFactors or other HRIS platforms.



  • Familiarity with Power BI a plus (not required).
