What We Are Looking For We are seeking a Safety Manager to lead and strengthen safety programs across all TSU vegetation management operations. This individual will serve as a key leader in shaping safety culture, developing training systems, and ensuring compliance across utility and forestry projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in vegetation management or utility safety and the leadership presence to influence both field crews and executive stakeholders. Success in the first 12 months includes establishing a standardized training platform, reducing incident rates through proactive field engagement, and building trusted relationships with client utilities and internal teams.
