Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer (Manufacturing/Aerospace Domain)

Location: Dublin, GA 31021

Duration: Direct Hire

Shift : 1st

Salary: $90k to $115k annually with full benefits. (Relocation Provided + 10-15% Bonus)

Notes:

  • Must have an engineering degree will NOT consider anyone without that type of degree.
  • Looking for someone that has experience on the manufacturing floor. This is not a 100% desk job but mainly on the production floor.
  • Assembly/test experience a plus.
  • This candidate will be the 1st line of defense for any issues/questions on the manufacturing floor - equipment, parts, prints, etc.

Job Summary:

  • Seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of complex manufacturing processes across one or more facilities.
  • This role plays a key part in driving continuous improvement, operational excellence, and cost-effective production for both new and existing products.


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and improve manufacturing processes, equipment, and layouts.
  • Apply lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
  • Lead or support large capital projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze and solve technical production issues using data-driven methods.
  • Interface with suppliers, operators, and internal teams to optimize quality and efficiency.
  • Prepare clear documentation including work instructions and process controls.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of lean principles, CAD/CAM systems, and statistical process control.
  • SME or ASME certification preferred.
