Summary:


This role supports our social media efforts through content creation and publishing, provides administrative support to the marketing team, and assists in planning and coordinating digital projects, events and campaigns. The position requires a proactive communicator with a passion for social media and digital trends, and strong organizational skills. This role supports our Social Media efforts as well as the GO Marketing Team.



This postion is 100% onsite out of our General Office in Fort Worth, TX.



Key Responsibilities:


Content Creation and Publishing



  • Assist in developing engaging content for various social media platforms
  • Schedule and publish posts using Sprout Social or Meta Business Suite
  • Assist with video editing and copy writing
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is preferred
  • Monitor social listening on Sprout Social to align content with trends
  • Aware and up to date on relevant and timely social media trends
  • Familiar with competitors, industry, vendors, and partner's social content



Administrative Support



  • Manage and update social media content calendars and performance trackers
  • Organize digital assets
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and event materials
  • Research and data collection/entry as needed
  • Ability to create/manage jotforms, surveys, shared calendars, purchase orders/invoices, etc.



Project and Event Planning



  • Help plan and coordinate internal/external campaigns and collaborate with various departments
  • Assist with company event planning and execution
  • Create and manage project/event task lists, schedules, agendas, and timelines



Qualifications:



  • BA or 2+ years hands-on experience in marketing or communications
  • Experience with social media platforms, digital marketing practices, and marketing operations/administrative tasks
  • Creative with intermediate content creation and video editing skills, as well as basic graphic design skills
  • Team player who can take direction well and pitch in on many different projects
  • Detail-oriented and organized with an ability to track and manage project checklists
  • Proactive self-starter with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to multitask and think on your feet in a dynamic and sometimes ambiguous work environment
  • Resourceful problem solver who is eager to learn and grow
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to craft authentic, original content
  • Proficiency with: Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Power BI, Smartsheet, Jotform, and Flipsnack

  • Strong time management with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements:



  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
  • Maintain regular, punctual attendance in accordance with company standards and regulations
  • Travel requirement: including overnight stays for customer visits and business meetings as needed
  • Standard office environment with occasional warehouse or customer site visits
