Location: Brooklyn Park, MN

Reports to: Human Resources Manager

Compensation Range: Based on experience and qualifications

Summary of Position

The Payroll Clerk is responsible for reviewing and processing weekly payrolls and miscellaneous payments for multiple entities. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintain exceptional attention to detail, and consistently meet tight deadlines.

What You'll Do



  • Handle weekly payroll processing for hourly and salaried employees.
  • Audit timecards and assist employees with payroll inquiries.
  • Assist with payroll-related reporting and reconciliations as needed.
  • Upload weekly 401(k) contributions to AUL.
  • Record payroll-related payments in the Accounts Payable system.
  • Conduct employment verifications and support HR/payroll compliance requirements.



What We're Looking For



  • Minimum of one year of office administrative or payroll experience is strongly preferred.
  • High School diploma or GED required, additional payroll or accounting coursework a plus.
  • Experience with Paycom or other payroll systems preferred.
  • Strong understanding of confidentiality and payroll compliance standards.
