Consultant Seasons Capabilities Posted Date: Oct 21, 2025 Requisition Number: 126702 Consultant Seasons Capabilities Remote As an integral part of the Seasons team, the Category Consultant will specialize in seasonal reporting, developing tools and resources for Sales and Category Management, and manage seasonal assortment and plan-o-grams. This position works cross-functionally with numerous internal and external partners to drive seasonal solutions, strategy, and capabilities Reporting will include managing sell-thru reporting, the IRI sales tracker, toolkit development, and additional reporting needs. An ability and desire to sharpen technical skills is required as this role will require learning Tableau, Alteryx, advanced Excel, and other skills. This is a high visibility role that is focused on supporting Leadership, Marketing, and cross functional partners to understand seasonal performance to shape strategy and tactics. The role serves as an advisor to a wide audience of departments and retailers, driving development and implementation of category initiatives to meet and exceed financial objectives. The Consultant will be an expert in the pervasive application of insights to fuel category growth. Key role is synthesizing business trends, competitive trends, shopper insights, financial insights, etc., to identify opportunities and develop solutions to drive category growth across the store. The role will bridge seasonal reporting to tools and resources to enable teams analyze and plan the strategies and tactics to deliver growth. In addition, the role will manage seasonal distribution and plan-o-grams with tools and resources to help drive this important lever of seasonal growth. Responsibilities
Qualifications Education: Bachelor's Degree Required Experience: This position requires previous Category Management and/or CPG Sales experience (approximately 3-5 years), advanced analytical skills, advanced understanding of consumer\shopper behavior and market research strategies, knowledge of consumer sales industry trends and complete working knowledge of the category management process.
