Spire is seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to play a supporting role in standardizing built-in quality practices and procedures across critical Enterprise applications. This role will be primarily responsible with applying functional application knowledge within development teams to provide quality solutions to both internal and external customers. Duties and Responsibilities
* Play role in production ticket triaging as escalations occur, including prioritization and working alongside Product Management and/or Product Owner to drive resolution of problems Essential Characteristics
* Base understanding of software development life cycles Supervisory Responsibilities
* No direct supervision Required Education (certifications, licenses)
* Bachelor's degree preferred and/or equivalent experience * SAFe certification(s) a plus Required knowledge, skill and abilities
* 1-3 years' experience working in Quality Assurance/Business Analyst role * Base understanding in SQA methodologies and practices Physical demands, environment and schedule
