Objectives of this Role: An exciting remote long-term contract position (approximately 18-24 months) exists within our BarnesWORXTM community for a Talent Acquisition Advisor/Recruiter for our Barnes Aerospace, CT Operations. As Talent Acquisition Advisor/Recruiter, you will utilize your passion for connecting talent to career opportunities by creatively sourcing candidates via online methods, social networks, and referrals. While doing so, you will build strong relationships with hiring managers across the business to introduce talented employees with the right skills and desire to develop, grow and contribute meaningfully to the success of the organization.
