Job Title: OSP Data Center Technician (20 Openings) Location: Denton, TX Dallas, TX Type: Contract-to-Hire Schedule: Mon-Sat, 6am-5pm (60 hrs/week) Overview: We're hiring 20 OSP Data Center Technicians for a large-scale construction data center project in Denton, TX, with follow-on work at a Google site in Dallas. This is a physically demanding role in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. Key Requirements: * 1+ year of OSP data center construction experience * Strong cabling skills (Cat5, low voltage) * Fiber splicing experience preferred * Familiarity with high fiber-count environments a plus * OSHA 10 certification required * Comfortable with heights, ladders, aerial lifts * Able to lift up to 40 lbs and work in hot conditions * Must bring basic hand tools; drills/bandsaws are a plus * Reliable transportation and professional demeanor Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr.
