Accounting Department

The Accounting Department is integral to maintaining the financial health and integrity of our organization. Our mission is to provide accurate, timely, and relevant financial information while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the company's strategic goals. The department manages a broad range of functions, including financial reporting, treasury, forecasting, month-end close activities, financial systems, fixed assets, consolidation and campus-specific financial oversight. By maintaining the integrity and accuracy of financial data, we enable informed decision-making and uphold ethical standards across all financial activities. We prioritize continuous improvement in processes and systems to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Our collaborative approach ensures we work closely with other departments, providing financial insights and support to drive the company's strategic objectives

Position Overview

This role will be based in: Denver, CO and is in alignment with our flexible work policy. (3 days on site required, 2 days flexible).

The Senior Treasury Analyst, NA plays a key cross-functional role in managing and optimizing the company's cash and liquidity management through accurate short, medium, and long-term forecasting. This position will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing the cash forecast model, analyzing variances, and presenting results to company leadership on a regular basis. The analyst will have heavy involvement in system and tool development and will develop models and analyses that will scale with the long-term direction of the business.

Essential Job Functions

  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the cash flow forecasting model for all North America business segments.
  • Monitor and analyze actual cash flows, identifying forecast variance causes and implement improvements and enhancements to the forecast.
  • Partner with FP&A, Accounting, Tax, Capital Markets, Corporate Development, and all other relevant teams to gather inputs, validate, and update forecast assumptions.
  • Support long-term liquidity planning through determination of loan and equity needs, manage investment planning, and risk management with the Senior Treasury Manager.
  • Support the development and implementation of forecast tools (PowerBI, Kyriba, Excel), Treasury Management Systems, Bank Platforms.
  • Develop additional capabilities of the treasury function and assist the Senior Treasury Manager with capital calls, restructurings, risk management activities, and handling of complex transactions.

Job Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Data Analysis, or other related field.
  • Experience:
  • 3-5+ years in corporate treasury, ideally focused on cash forecasting.
  • Experience maintaining and enhancing forecast models, required
  • System experience across bank portals, TMS, data analysis tools.
  • Experience with accounting, construction, complex transactions, and presenting to executive leadership preferred, but not required.

Skills:

  • Expertise in treasury cash management, and forecasting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, power BI, or other forecasting tools.
  • Experience in TMS systems.
  • Proven experience completing complex analyses on short-timelines and managing them to completion.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes including accounting, FP&A.
  • Ability to manage projects and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
  • Solid documentation and troubleshooting skills

Additional Details

  • Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 Base + Bonus (this range is based on Colorado market data and may vary in other locations)

  • Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including your qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
