Your Job

Molex is seeking a driven, contribution motivated, Manufacturing Support Operator to join our Lincoln Team. This role will operate and support stamping presses and equipment.


What You Will Do

  • Run presses to required quality and efficiently levels.
  • Conduct visual quality inspection of products and accept responsibility for quality as produced.
  • Identify product and equipment issues and report findings to qualified personnel
  • Label and package finished goods as well as complete necessary documentation when required.
  • Perform assigned housekeeping duties and keep a safe and organized work area.
  • Able to utilize SF and SAP in conformance with procedures.
  • Communication with co-workers, support departments, teams and management.
  • Strive to improve methods/techniques of operations with procedures.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds. *
  • Ability to be on feet for the majority of the shift. *
  • Excellent communication skills
