Marketing and Outreach Support: * Help create and update promotional materials like flyers, handouts, and social media graphics * Maintain inventory of program brochures and advisement materials * Maintain contact lists for prospective students * Input data from information cards collected at tabling events & informational sessions * Prepare welcome packets and informational materials for advisement sessions Shadowing Coordination: * Prepare orientation materials for shadowing visitors * Maintain feedback forms and data * Maintain contact lists for shadowers Clinical Documentation: * Update and format clinical manuals and evaluation forms * Prepare packets of materials for new clinical sites or preceptors * Check and verify accuracy of logged clinical hours for all students * Check and verify that evaluations have been submitted by all students * Generate student evaluation reports * Generate preceptor and clinical site evaluation reports * Update clinical site contact information and capacity data * Generate reports on students' completion of clinical requirements * Prepare thank-you notes or communications for clinical partners Admissions Support: * Track completion of admission requirements and create status checklists * Compile basic statistics from existing reports (application numbers, demographics) Administrative Tasks: * Create basic charts or visual reports from provided data * Organize and maintain consumable product inventory Minimum Qualifications Equivalencies not found for this position Preferred Qualifications List the preferred qualifications within this text box.
