Electrician

• Communicate with the Facility Manager to identify and coordinate electrical service needs.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors performing electrical work on-site.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain building electrical systems including lighting, UPS & PDU systems, generators, and HVAC equipment.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical code specifications to ensure accurate installations and repairs.
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and perform corrective maintenance as needed.
• Monitor building automation systems to ensure proper equipment operation and temperature control.

• 3-5 years of experience in electrical facility maintenance.
• Electrical license (Apprentice or Journeyman) preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.
• Strong technical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
