Description

Steelcase is seeking a Proposal Manager to manage and drive the proposal and presentation process for complex, high-priority sales opportunities. This role is activated once a specific opportunity is identified and works in close partnership with our sales organization.

  • Lead the end-to-end proposal and presentation process for prioritized sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, sales representatives, and dealer/partner resources to understand client needs and craft compelling, branded content.
  • Strategically select and align resources, assign responsibilities, and manage timelines to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Operate with minimal supervision while managing complex projects, expectations, and resource requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Communications, Business, or Design-or equivalent experience.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in a related field such as sales, sales support, marketing, or creative alliances.
  • Proven project management or program management experience.
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Experience in proposal management is a strong plus.
  • Achievement of APMP Foundation Level certification (AM.APMP) or equivalent.
