Title: Credit and Financial Analytics Manager

Focus: The Credit and Financial Analytics Manager plays a strategic role in managing multiple critical areas in the order-to-cash cycle, optimizing the company's Accounts Receivable related working capital, delivering revenue assurance, and performing financial planning and analysis.
Credit and Financial Analytics Manager Essential Job Functions:
- Act as chief credit officer within the delegation of authority and implement credit policies and procedures to assess and manage customer credit risk while achieving financial targets.
- Conduct annual credit line reviews, evaluate new customer credit applications, perform financial analysis and credit scoring, approve credit limits, monitor customer metrics, and payment trends.
- Collaborate with Sales to achieve sales targets and support revenue growth while maintaining risk tolerance and executing risk mitigation strategies to minimize bad debt.
- Manage and mentor the collections team to ensure timely collection of receivables.
- Prepare Accounts Receivable performance and portfolio risk analysis reporting to finance leadership and identify opportunities to improve trends and reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
- Partner with sales and product management to oversee analysis and execution of pricing strategies, development of all customer price lists for commercial, law enforcement, and industrial, and ensure accuracy and alignment with financial objectives and controls.
- Oversee the development of monthly sales forecasts, sales analytics and reporting, financial metrics dashboards, annual budgets, strategic plans, and related analysis and reporting.
Credit and Financial Analytics Manager Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree* in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. Master's Degree* or MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable and Credit Management including Financial Planning Analysis.
- 10+ years of leadership experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Analytical Tools such as Power BI, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with ERP system; SAP Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) and S4Hana preferred.
- Ability to maintain a solid understanding of the industry and events that impact customer performance.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), detail-oriented, financial modeling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume workload, shift demands, and willingness to collaborate and support team efforts.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 10%.
- Must possess a valid state driver's license.
Location-Specific Requirements:
- This position requires access to ITAR controlled technical data, and as such, employment will be contingent upon the candidate's ability to access ITAR controlled technical data pursuant to an export license approved by the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, if required.
