Join Our Team as a Leasing Specialist!

At Gorman & Company, we believe our people are the key to our success. We're searching for a motivated Leasing Specialist to join our Hamilton Hills & Residences of Westview team! This is an exciting opportunity to build relationships, make a difference, and help residents find a place they're proud to call home.

What You'll Do

Build rapport with prospective and current residents while delivering exceptional customer service
Process application paperwork and ensure compliance with affordable housing (LIHTC) regulations
Present the community and available apartments in a professional, engaging manner
Secure lease agreements and renewals through strong communication and follow-up
Maintain accurate records and enter data into leasing software systems
Support marketing initiatives, assist with outreach efforts, and contribute to maintaining great curb appeal

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Previous leasing experience
Experience with affordable housing preferred
Strong sales and customer service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Positive attitude, confidence, and high energy
Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Availability for some evenings and weekends during busy leasing periods
