Position Overview

Woolpert is hiring an Engineering Technician to join our Aviation team! This position plays a key role in supporting project delivery through documentation management, communication, scheduling, and coordination across technical teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position. Applicants must already possess work authorization in the country the job is located.

What You Will Do:



  • Maintain organized project files, drawings, and client documentation in accordance with company standards.
  • Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Review and proofread technical documents and drawings for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Support quality control efforts by tracking revisions, compiling redline comments, and ensuring all deliverables are properly reviewed before submittal.
  • Manage data entry and project information in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other systems as directed.
  • Prepare presentation materials, reports, and meeting summaries for internal and client use.
  • Assist with and maintain up-to-date documentation of workflows and procedures.


What You Will Bring:



  • 1-5 years of project support experience in an engineering, construction, or technical environment preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); familiarity with AutoCAD or Civil 3D a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through on assigned tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a collaborative team environment.
  • Experience working with technical documentation, plans, or specifications is highly desirable.
  • Basic understanding of engineering or design processes a plus but not required.

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Pay Range

$55,000 - $65,000 USD
