Research Program Coordinator

The Opportunity:

UCF's School of Global Health Management housed within CCIE is currently accepting applications for a Research Program Coordinator. This role supports an NIH-funded project by organizing and facilitating in-person meetings among judges, court staff, and healthcare leaders to advance shared objectives. This position serves as a liaison across stakeholder groups, guiding collaborative decision-making and goal setting to ensure alignment and progress.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the organization and planning of meetings between drug court staff, health care providers, and researchers.

• Lead meetings between court staff and healthcare providers.

• Manage data collection from court staff and healthcare providers.

• Lead development reports of milestones, budget oversight, coordination of travel to conferences, and other administrative tasks needed for meeting NIH funding requirements.

• Travel to different regions of Florida to facilitate in-person meetings.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or Master's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219(6).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in administrative coordination, including scheduling meetings, as well as arranging travel logistics.

• Proven ability to lead meetings. Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting.

• Familiarity with behavioral health systems and/or the criminal justice system.

Special Instructions to the Applicants:

The anticipated salary range for this position is $56,030 - $62,000. The final salary will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and internal equity considerations.

This position requires a valid Class E driver's license. This position may involve driving to various locations on and off campus to conduct University business.

This is a Contract and Grant (C&G) funded position. Employment is subject to availability of funding and may cease at the time funding for this employment is depleted.
