The overall mission of Tides is to provide services and supports that allow youth to live in a community-based setting. Position Summary: The Vice President of Treatment Programs provides executive leadership and oversight of Tides' home- and community-based programs, ensuring high-quality, family-centered, and evidence-informed services. This role is responsible for advancing innovative strategies that strengthen families, prevent out-of-home placement, and respond to youth and family crises in real time. The VP inspires program directors and staff to achieve performance targets, maintain regulatory compliance, and deliver measurable outcomes while advancing Tides' mission and values in the community.

Essential Functions:

  • Provide strategic leadership to programs as assigned by the Sr VP of Programs & Operations and/or the CEO.
  • Ensure programs are culturally responsive, family-driven, and outcomes-focused.
  • Ensure services meet state accreditation, licensing, and educational standards.
  • Partner with state agencies, schools, courts, and community stakeholders to improve access, equity, and service integration.
  • Supervise and mentor program directors, fostering accountability and professional development.
  • Monitor program quality through audits, CQI reports, and family feedback, ensuring continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Master's degree from an accredited school in social work.
  • LICSW - Required.
  • Bilingual; Spanish, Portuguese, Creole - Preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, education, or related field; LICSW preferred (or equivalent licensure/certification).
  • Minimum 8 years of leadership experience in human services, education, or behavioral health.
  • Demonstrated success in managing diverse teams and programs in complex systems.
  • Deep understanding of trauma-informed, family-centered, and culturally responsive care.
  • Strong fiscal management skills across multiple funding streams.
  • Track record of successful partnerships with state agencies, courts, schools, and community organizations.

Salary Range: $105,000-$120,000

Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience, education, language capacity, skills, and other qualifications relevant to the role, in alignment with organizational parity guidelines and market conditions.
