Microsoft Solutions Developer Intern (Spring 2026)

Expected Length of Internship:



  • Spring 2026.
  • As an internship company, we allow flexibility to enroll in classes while working as an intern, as long as it doesn't interfere with the essential functions of the position.


Education/Experience:



  • The ideal candidate will be within their last 2 years of a 4 year degree program or Master's level student; relevant curriculum includes courses on computer science, information systems, or related field.
  • Preferred qualifications: Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools and basic programming concepts. Interest in cloud technologies and automation.
  • First Solar encourages all interns to register their internship with their university.


Required Skills/Competencies:



  • Basic understanding of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Knowledge of Azure services and APIs.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API.
  • Scripting skills (PowerShell or C# preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a corporate IT environment.


Basic Internship Scope (Project):

This internship offers a unique opportunity to work on real-world projects that support business operations, enhance IT systems, and drive innovation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and deploy automation tools that improve efficiency and decision-making.

Upon the completion of this internship, you are invited to present their accomplishments and project summary to the leadership team.

Example responsibilities include:



  • Develop and test automated workflows for business processes using Power Automate.
  • Integrate Azure AI services into Microsoft 365 applications for enhanced functionality.
  • Create connectors and scripts to support enterprise-level automation.
  • Document solutions and assist with governance and compliance requirements.


Estimated Salary Range:



  • $22.00-$31.00 Hourly.
