Join us as a Training Deployment Lead - SAP S/4 HANA Transformation We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Training Deployment Lead to lead the design and execution of a global training program for our SAP S/4HANA transformation initiative at Novonesis. This is a greenfield opportunity to shape a global state-of-the-art training delivery framework that leverages AI-driven learning, self-paced enablement, and modern digital learning methodologies. As a key member of the Change Management Team in the Program Management Office (PMO), you will collaborate closely with our Change Lead, Change Support, Training Content Coordinator, Training Content Developers, as well as Program Leadership, People & Organization (P&O) Learning Team, business stakeholders, and regional leads to ensure seamless delivery of training across geographies and functions. Your role will be instrumental in driving user adoption, business readiness, and long-term capability building from Day 1 of the transformation. In this role you'll make an impact by:
- Design a Scalable Training Deployment Strategy, Framework and end-to-end delivery model as well as Roll-out Training Plans for pilot and regional roll-out sequencing for an ultimate Global roll-out
- Design and lead Training Needs Assessment, Global Training Curriculum Concept, and Train-the-trainer concept, while making sure it is adjusted to subsequent releases, in close collaboration with CM Leads to ensure strong correlations with Global CM Strategy, Change Impact Assessment Insights, Personas and Change Action Plans
- Integrate AI-powered learning tools, self-service platforms, and traditional formats to meet diverse learner needs globally.
- Enable Train-the-Trainer Programs in collaboration with Training Content Coordinator and Training Content Developers to prepare trainers, and track trainer readiness across regions.
- Define training KPIs for adoption, training participation, completion, and learning effectiveness etc. and implement Tracking & Analytics Deploy tools and dashboards to monitor.
- Engage Stakeholders Across the Business Collaborate with functional and regional leads to align training plans with business needs, risks, and ensure local relevance
To succeed you must hold: Relevant professional skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Learning & Development, or a related discipline. Proven experience designing and leading large-scale training programs, preferably within SAP S/4HANA or ERP transformation contexts. Familiarity with GxP requirements and training compliance in regulated industries (e.g., Pharma) is a strong advantage. Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder management across multiple regions and business units. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, SAP tools, and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Experience with AI-based learning platforms and digital enablement tools is highly desirable.
