Overall Responsibilities:
We're looking for two People Business Partners to join our team - each with a distinct focus that together strengthen how we enable our people and culture and our growth as a value-driven, high-performing company. One role will focus on Change Management, and the other will focus on Culture and Leadership. Being responsible for A or B, you will drive the agenda for the following: A. Change Management B. Culture and Leadership In this role, you'll build the culture and leadership muscle that keeps us moving fast and growing strong. You'll turn our values into everyday actions that shape decisions, collaboration, and how we lead. By helping leaders connect culture to performance, you'll make sure our ways of working drive execution and innovation at pace.
