BlueHalo, an AV company, Titan RF-CUAS Group designs, develops, and manufactures the Titan Counter-Unmanned Aerial System, providing real-time non-kinetic protection for life, property, and sensitive infrastructure. The ideal candidate for the Multimedia Designer position should demonstrate innovation and successful application of domain skills in the creation and execution of a broad range of product materials. This includes digital graphics, video production and editing, motion graphics, CAD, 3D modeling and animation, photography, and content creation for electronic and print media. The candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing creative storytelling, technical communication, and the ability to transform complex product concepts into compelling visual narratives for diverse audiences. This could include diagrams, complex presentations, spec sheets, etc. Though not the primary focus of the role, the ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of UI/UX principles to effectively collaborate with product teams and contribute to interface design discussions. The Titan has been organically developed over several years into a software-driven CUAS platform used by global military customers to meet diverse mission needs, presented in a package that emulates a consumer-level out-of-box experience. The Multimedia Designer will create engaging content that communicates product capabilities and value to both technical and non-technical audiences (internal stakeholders as well as military users), including marketing materials, training videos, product demonstrations, trade show assets, and supporting graphics for product interfaces. Also important is the ability to work with and manage vendors to ensure deadlines are met and quality is maintained. Keys to success in this role are communicating original concepts and suggesting improvements, defending design decisions, working collaboratively with engineering teams, understanding how the product works and who uses it, and delivering high-quality multimedia content that aligns with brand standards and project timelines. This role is highly collaborative, requiring flexibility and a willingness to accept input from stakeholders to reach design goals through the effective use of design domain skills.
