Reporting to the Professional Services Manager, yourprime responsibility will be to architect, design and build solutionson the HighQ platform based ona clear understanding of a Tax & Accounting client's use case and goals, a thorough analysis of the project requirements, and an appreciationof how our software can best servethe client's longer-term objectives. You will also be required to onboard and train clients. This is a client facing role where you will be expected to work with a range of client stakeholders,communicate solutions in a clear and concise manner, and project manage solutions delivered to clients. You'll be able to effectively manage multiple client accounts. As an ImplementationConsultant, you'll have a proven track record in consulting and project delivery, of SaaS and Enterprise Solutions. You'll have a keen interest and understanding of technology and the latest web and app trends. You'll understand the importance ofconsulting and delivering a high level of customer service. You will be comfortable communicating technical aspects of a project and effectively working with clients to understand their requirements and articulatingyour proposedsolutions based on our software and methods. For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $72,100 - $133,900. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity.
