OverviewAs M365 Copilot Customer and Analytics Driven Evals Team (CADETs) we are looking for a highly motivated Senior Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of customer engagement, product quality, and actionable insights. As part of the CADETs, you will manage feedback channels, drive VIP customer partnerships, and ensure insights flow into the Copilot product development cycle. This role focuses on driving customer engagement, product adoption, and quality improvements for Copilot experiences across M365 Copilot Chat, Researcher, and Analyst. You will collaborate with engineering, data science, solution architecture, and customer-facing teams to deliver impactful solutions that meet strategic customer needs. This role requires you to be onsite 3 days a week in Microsoft's offices in Redmond, WA. Microsoft's mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. ResponsibilitiesDefine and Execute Engagement Plans: Drive M365 Copilot customer engagement programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.VIP Customer Partnerships: Build and maintain deep relationships with strategic accounts, ensuring their workflows and priorities inform product decisions.Feedback Flywheel Ownership: Capture, synthesize, and prioritize feedback from internal and external customers, including dogfooding and stress tests.Actionable Insights: Work with the rest of the team to convert the feedback into evaluation tasks and metrics that drive product quality improvements across M365 Copilot experiences.Program Rhythm: Maintain operational cadence, reporting, and communication for feedback metrics and adoption signals. |
