Job SummaryThe Financial Planning and Analysis Senior Director is a trusted business partner, responsible for leading the FP&A function and supporting the technology ecosystem for organization-wide financial applications (Accounting, Adaptive, Suppliers, Expenses, Procurement, Projects, Workday FDM and General ledger). This position will partner and collaborate with other Finance subject matter experts to identify and resolve system issues and develop and pursue opportunities for increased overall financial system efficiency. This position will also play a leadership role for Luminare Health's finance function's interactions with HCSC, and Luminare Health's business leadership teams including the pricing and underwriting functions. The role will have primary responsibility for Luminare Health's annual financial planning process, ongoing financial analysis and reporting activities, and financial projection models including revenue, expense, ratio-based, and KPI modeling. This role is expected to efficiently and effectively analyze business and financial data to create actionable insight and to partner with key business stakeholders to help drive insight into business action.Job Responsibilities: Own organization-wide planning, forecasting, and financial reporting processes:
