Responsibilities:

• Operate machines anddetermine machine adjustments and material requirements
• Observe machine operation to detect defects or machine malfunction
• Check work piece dimensions, position or mesh count to determine accuracy of machine operation
• Maintain product quality to the standards established.Bring defects to the attention of the Resource Management during beaming process
• Set up or assist in setting up fabric, mark, pack, or any other duties called for to get a fabric ready to transport finished work pieces to customer
• Maintenance & service on all beaming/warping equipment
• Assist in Inventory control of raw material
• Assist in training or helping team members to get the entire team to the highest level of efficiency

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Able to organize and prioritize tasks, and adapt to changes in schedules and job priorities
• Follow detailed oral and written instructions
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
• Ability to bend, stretch, stoop, reach and climb (stairs or step ladder)
• Ability to move objects weighing up to 50 pounds, for distances of up to 50 feet.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and process issues
