A Compliance Inspector candidate must have an active New Mexico ES-3J or greater electrical license in order to provide the required electrical supervision and assistance to our Direct to Home Installers. A Compliance Inspector should expect to work approximately 8-14 hours per day and up to 6 days per week. Currently, the bulk of our work takes place from April-September however we do provide coverage during the "off-season" to support pre-season installation trips. Candidate must be willing to travel to all parts of New Mexico. There is also a potential to extend beyond New Mexico to Oregon, Washington, and Wyoming if properly licensed.The base salary range for this position is: *$65,600 - *$108,240* *The base salary range above represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonus, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition the position may be eligible to participate in the benefits program which include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending accounts.
