Overview
Mechanical Engineer II Date: September 9, 2025 Reports to: Cesar Aguilera Summary This team member applies a solid foundation of engineering experience to solving increasingly more difficult assignments, managing multiple priorities, leveraging known resources, doing so with minimal amounts of direct supervision. The types of problems include existing products, new products, and/or as-yet-undeveloped ideas that begin to focus more on system or sub-system solutions rather than component-specific problems. Support existing production products through VAVE and Continuous Improvement efforts. Essential Functions

Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. The performance of this position requires exposure to the manufacturing areas where the use of personal protective equipment is mandatory. For the most part ambient room temperatures, lighting and traditional equipment as typically found in the office environment, however, working outdoors is sometimes required. Requirements

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position, and the expected work hours are 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday; weekend and overnight work is also necessary. Travel Travel is expected for this position approximately 5-8 times per year (total of 10-20 overnights).
