WHAT YOU'LL DO We are seeking a hands-on Software Development Manager to lead a team of developers in delivering high-quality solutions primarily using a Microsoft technology stack. This role combines team leadership, technical leadership, and active development. The Software Development Manager will ensure our bespoke software applications are maintained, enhanced, and aligned with business needs, while working closely with the Technical Architect to document and evolve the organization's technical ecosystem. A key focus area will be integration of enterprise platforms including ERP, CRM, HRIS, and Resource Management Planning systems. Key Responsibilities
