Director, Revenue Cycle Education and Training

Key Responsibilities

* Design and lead a strategic roadmap for enterprise-wide revenue cycle education

* Oversee curriculum development for onboarding, upskilling, and performance optimization

* Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to assess training needs and align learning with operational goals

* Leverage analytics and KPIs to measure impact and continuously improve program effectiveness

* Support transformation initiatives through scalable training for system implementations and newly acquired teams

* Stay ahead of industry trends and provide thought leadership in learning innovation

Your qualifications should include:

* Education: Bachelor's in Health Administration, Business, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred)

* Experience: 7+ years in healthcare revenue cycle, finance, strategy, or performance improvement with leadership responsibilities

* Preferred: Experience with large-scale transformation projects in provider or academic health systems

* Skills:

o Expertise in adult learning principles, LMS platforms, and instructional design

o Strong analytical mindset with ability to link education to measurable outcomes

o Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced environments

o Exceptional communication, facilitation, and team leadership skills
