Job Summary The ESS Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth of Energy Storage Systems (ESS) by developing and executing strategic sales plans, building strong customer relationships, and managing key accounts. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, responding to RFPs, negotiating contracts, and working closely with engineering and product teams to deliver tailored solutions. The Sales Manager ensures compliance with industry regulations and company policies while achieving revenue targets. Strong knowledge of ESS technologies, market trends, and grid applications is essential.
