KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Digital Enablement and Change Management to join our Digital Nexus organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and define cohesive digital enablement, change management, and adoption strategies and plans to ensure successful implementation of digital programs and projects, while minimizing resistance and maximizing intended outcomes
  • Lead development, execution, and sustainment of a comprehensive, integrated change management, adoption and enablement plan for all major digital initiatives within a portfolio, inclusive of managing a team to achieve results by working across functions and lines of business
  • Develop and deploy stakeholder engagement, communications, and training plans to enable digital transformation, behavior change, and process change to achieve project and organizational objectives; ensure that success metrics are defined and developed as a component of that delivery
  • Collaborate with Digital Enablement leadership peers to evolve Digital Enablement and Change Management frameworks and templates, prepare estimates for new initiatives, lead the Digital Enablement workstream, including preparation of resource and work plans, and tracking deliverables and milestones to successful completion
  • Set goals, offer feedback, source developmental opportunities and provide long-term career guidance to counselees and others across the department; integrate new team members and connect them to the resources and opportunities to help further their development and career goals; engage with counselees regularly and those they work with to help them continuously improve
  • Take responsibility for assigning the right people to the right projects at the right time to deliver within budget and timelines; ensure team members have skills and tools to perform their jobs and are actively leveraging AI, act as point of escalation to senior leadership
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
  • Minimum ten years of recent experience in large services organization designing and leading enterprise-wide technology enablement and change management
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; master's degree from an accredited college/university is preferred
  • Strong leadership qualities with proven track record to lead and motivate geographically dispersed teams; aptitude to work effectively with clients, senior management and other team members
  • Able to direct, motivate and empower others to work towards the organization's goals, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across multiple functions
  • Capability to address emerging opportunities and how organization should be organized/staffed to realize them; ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment; experience with AI program enablement is an asset
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, negotiation and influencing skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
